A Mission Rooted in Service

Born and raised in a predominantly Latin, low-income community in Chicago, Fernando grew up witnessing the challenges underserved communities face in accessing legal representation. Fluent in both English and Spanish, he has dedicated his career to empowering Spanish-speaking communities, breaking barriers to justice, and ensuring every client’s voice is heard.

Fernando’s commitment to service extends beyond his profession. He mentors at-risk youth, invests in giving back to his roots, and champions inclusivity in every firm he partners with. His passion for equity and service is woven into every aspect of his work.

Beyond the Courtroom

Fernando’s academic journey reflects his drive and determination. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from UC San Diego with a degree in Political Science and minors in Economics and Law & Society. Currently, he is completing his final year at Vermont Law and Graduate School, specializing in Environmental Law and Toxic Torts. As a certified law student under California’s PTLS program, Fernando actively participates in litigation and trial practices.

Outside of work, Fernando cherishes time with his partner, their newborn twin daughters, and their loyal blue-nose pit bull, Bronx. Balancing family life with his professional ambitions, Fernando remains dedicated to advancing legal innovation while staying deeply connected to the communities he serves.
